Many people will be watching this movie and they all will have different things to say. It is a success from the director’s point of view that people talk about the movies they make.
From my side, I like this dialog during the climax. The reference is to God who does not take anyone’s side but protects the balance of life. It is true in a sense that everyone wants or expect God to be on his/her side but God indeed is not on anyone’s side. However, life has a sustaining quality so it is worthwhile to suggest that “God” only protects the balance of it.
My verdict? Avatar is a smart and intelligent movie notwithstanding the corporate promotions that goes with any Hollywood big budget enterprise. I can tolerate the McDonald toys as long as people are watching and talking about the message in this movie.

2 months agoFunny Arif, i just wrote about my opinion on McDonald’s connection with Avatar on the other clip and then came over here and saw that you had too. I just sort of don’t want to see any movie that is sponsored by McDonalds…especially one that seems to have such a high purpose such as this one.
